Assembled and tested in our own plant. Rotors come from a qualified airend supplier — we do not claim in-house rotor development.
Bearings
SKF or NSK, depending on the model and the batch.
Motor
Permanent-magnet synchronous, 3500 rpm, IP54, service factor 1.15, class F insulation. Wolong or Wannan, or Siemens or ABB, and IE4 / IE5 high-efficiency, available as options.
Variable frequency drive
VEICHI (Shenzhen) as fitted on the standard build. Inovance or Delta, and ABB, Schneider or Danfoss, can be specified where the combination is available for the model.
Control system
Siemens S7-200 SMART. Pressure band, loading hours and fault history are held in the controller and can be read on site.
Electrical components
Schneider contactors and protective devices.
Cooling
Air cooled. Cooler outlet temperature stays within 10 to 15 °C of ambient.
Testing before dispatch
Performance run on our test bench and noise checked in our acoustic room. Test records travel with the shipment.

Single stage, direct coupled through a flexible coupling, air cooled, variable-speed start. Motor IP54, service factor 1.15, class F insulation, 3500 rpm. Oil carryover 2–4 mg/m³. Cooler outlet within 10 to 15 °C of ambient. Supply 380 V 3 phase. 8 bar = 0.8 MPa.
