Airend
Assembled and tested in our own plant. Rotors come from a qualified airend supplier; we do not claim in-house rotor development.
Bearings
SKF or NSK, depending on model and batch.
Drive
Direct coupled through a flexible coupling. No gears, no belts, nothing to re-tension.
Electrical components
Schneider contactors and protective devices.
Control system
Siemens S7-200 SMART. Pressure band, loading hours and fault history readable on site.
Motor
Wolong or Wannan standard. Siemens or ABB, and IE4 / IE5 high-efficiency, available as options.
Cooling
Air cooled, integrated cooler and fan. Cooler outlet within 10 to 15 °C of ambient.
Testing before dispatch
Performance bench plus acoustic room. Records ship with the unit.
Product Advantages:
- No belts: the motor drives the airend through a coupling, so belt tension checks and belt replacement leave the service schedule.
- Oil carryover of 3 ppm or less, which keeps oil out of the dryer and filters downstream.
- IP54 motor with PLC control and LCD, logging running, loading and unloading hours.
- Cooling package rated for a 5 to 45 °C ambient, which is the condition most export sites actually run in.
- Air cooled: no cooling water circuit, no water treatment, no risk of a water-side fouling shutdown.

Free air delivery is stated at each of the four working pressures. Pick the pressure column that matches your system, then the smallest model that covers your demand.

DFG-10A, DFG-15A and DFG-20A are supplied on a receiver with castors at 0.8 MPa only, so the other pressure columns do not apply and weight and dimensions differ from the cabinet models: ask us for the data sheet for those three. The rest of the range is the four-pressure cabinet version. 7 bar = 0.7 MPa, 13 bar = 1.3 MPa.
