Drive
Elastic coupling direct drive on all three models.
Cooling
OTV-250W-B8 and OTV-275W-B8 are water cooled. The cooling arrangement for LTV-100A-B4 has to be confirmed with us for the order.
Motor
LTV-100A-B4 uses TYCP250M1-8 at 1800 rpm; both OTV models use TYCP315M-8 at 1500 rpm.
Oil charge
90 L on LTV-100A-B4, 160 L on both OTV models.
Product Advantages:
- Two compression stages in series with intercooling between them, rather than one stage doing all the work.
- LTV-100A-B4: 75 kW permanent-magnet variable speed, 19.3 m³/min at 0.4 MPa — low pressure, high volume duty.
- OTV-250W-B8 and OTV-275W-B8: 185 and 200 kW, water cooled, 41.0 and 44.0 m³/min at 0.8 MPa.
- Motor model, speed and oil charge are published per model in the table, not as a range.
- Ask for the test sheet for the exact model before you commit; we would rather send you a number we can measure than a range we cannot.

Two-stage model range — 75 to 200 kW
Three models, each published at its own working pressure. Note that LTV-100A-B4 runs at 0.4 MPa while the OTV models run at 0.8 MPa: they are different duties, not different sizes of the same duty.
